Hong Kong Wide-Level Service

  • Co-Convenor  of the UGC Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Committee             2007-Present

    • The mission of this Committee is to assess, promote, and encourage the adoption of outcome-based education across all Hong Kong Universities.

    • Facilitate the incorporation of the OBE paradigm into the design and implementation of the new 3-3-4 curriculums

    • Work together with professional organizations such HKIE to help integrate OBE ideas into future accreditation criteria

    • This Committee is fully supported and backed by the Hong Kong University and Grants Committee (UGC). The Committee includes senior members from Hong Kong Universities and members of the UGC.

  • Chair of the HKIE Accreditation team of the Computer Engineering Programme at CUHK   2009

  • Chair of the HKIE Accreditation team of the Computer Science Programs at PUHK              2010
