Enrichment Project

Schedule & Duration: |
Professors
will meet with
you once a month
between April
2 and August 6.
Each meeting may
last
for one to two
hours. You are
required to meet
with your project
professors and
tutors in the first
Saturday morning
of each month.
However, you are
welcome to reschedule
the meetings jointly
with project professors,
tutors and your
team members. The
project will be
concluded by a
summer camp on
August 4-6, so
that you can interact
closely with your
team members to
finialize the project
and prepare a presentation.

Time & Venue: |
Room
3501 will be an assembly
room between 9 am
and 12 noon in the
first Saturday morning
of each month. You
need to arrive at
9 am, so that you
can discuss the project
details with your
team members and
tutors before visiting
your project professor.

Attendance: |
Attendance
of each official
meeting with your
project professors
will be taken. Leave
must be applied officially to
the tutor of your
project. (by fax

Kong) For security
reasons, your parent
will be informed
of any absence that
is made without prior
approval. A certificate will be issued when
you have successfully
completed
the project and achieved
80% or above attendance.

Public
display & Round-Up
camp: |
You
are required to join
a 3-day/2-night camp
at HKUST on August
4-6 (Thursday–Saturday).
You will need to
prepare posters,
present and demonstrate
your project on August
6. Your parents and
teachers will be
invited to visit
HKUST on August
6.
Prizes will be given
to selected outstanding
projects.
