Job Description:

Position Summary
The incumbents will join our team at Science Park Office to take part in research and development of sensory, AI and robotic technologies for local industries.
Responsibilities
• The appointee will provide support in research & development activities of the centre and he/she is required to:
• Provide assistance in Robotics and Automation, Robotic vision, Speech Recognition, AI, Mechanical design & Motion control;
• Assist other R&D activities such as design, analysis, development of software/hardware and system integration etc.; and
• Other ad hoc engineering assignments

Job Requirements:

Applicants should have:
• Master/ Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related disciplines;
• Knowledge/experience of some of the following areas will be an advantage:
o CAE software (for example Solidworks, MATLAB, Protel, HFSS and OpenCV etc.),
o Robotic and AGV - electronic system design,
o Microcontroller programming,
o FPGA design and firmware design,
o Digital Signal Processing (DSP), and
o AI, Speech Recognition and Deep Learning.
• Minimum 5 years relevant post-qualification experience;
• Immediate available is definite advantage; and
• Candidate with less experience may consider as R&D Engineer.
