Job Description:
• Provide deployment engineering support for customer contracts.
• Resolve technical issues with customers either remotely or on-site.
• Collaborate on site surveys and planning for customer deployments, ensuring optimal project execution.
• Collaborate with the China post-sales support team to provide better support to customers.
• Possibility of supporting opportunities beyond Hong Kong, requiring occasional travel.
• Travel to different countries to support trial or deployment, if necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Technical training certificate, a university is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Technically inclined with the ability to manage technical operations and procedures.
• Preferred experience or knowledge in robotics and autonomous driving, but not mandatory.
• Advantageous to have experience and knowledge in AI.
• Demonstrates a passion for the role, self-motivation, and a strong teamwork spirit.
• Applicants not meeting the specific requirements for the subject position may be considered for alternative roles.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule and a willingness to travel to other locations or countries as needed.
• Fresh graduates are welcome and will be considered.
