Authors of accepted papers should submit their final camera-ready papers to https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/DaMoN2008 by May 16 5PM PST.

Camera-ready papers should not exceed ten pages in length, and should be formatted using the camera-ready template. Please do not add page numbers.

In the copyright block on the bottom left of the first page, please keep the default ACM copyright statement unchanged:

"Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee."

However, please update the conference name and copyright number to the following:

Authors of accepted papers should also submit a signed ACM Permission and Release Form, so that their papers can be included in the ACM SIGMOD DiSC and in the ACM Digital Library. In addition, accepted papers will be included in the informal proceedings to be distributed at the workshop, as well as made available on the workshop's Web site.

The copyright form is available at http://www.acm.org/pubs/copyright_form.html and should be submitted to the workshop organizers as soon as possible.
