Alvin founded the PacificLink Group in 1998. Today, the company is a leading digital agency with a staff of around 300, a client list that includes Adidas, Estee Lauder, Philips and Ocean Park, and is a winner of over 100 creative industry awards. In 2015, the company was acquired by Accenture, a New York-listed technology giant. His serial entrepreneurial stories have been selected as Harvest Business Review case studies which are now teaching materials for MBA and EMBA classes globally.

In recognition of his achievements, Alvin won the Outstanding ICT Achiever Award in 2012. Recently, he received the Top Outstanding Designer Award 2015 and Capital Leaders of Excellence 2016. Starting a Private Equity Fund focusing on VC and Angel investments in 2016, Alvin advises ICT companies on how to scale up more quickly and healthily by this expertise in fast-growing, M&A, capital and digital strategies. In 2016, an open T12M platform collecting and analyzing HK IT industrial data is being built to enhance the IT industrial growth and facilitate investment activities in the sector.

Alvin is a well-sought speaker for university lectures and judge for industrial events. He is also a business advisor and an angel investor in various start-ups and technology firms. To give back, Alvin serves HKUST as Council Member, different universities academic departments as an advisor, and the Hong Kong Business Angel Network as Director.

Efstratios is an experienced A.I. engineer and entrepreneur and has a Ph.D. in Computer Vision, Image Processing and Machine Learning. He has lead a team of engineers in two sports video analysis projects. He is passionate about medical image analysis and has been involved in a number of projects in the healthcare business. He was a member of the HKUST team whom their Visibility Estimation Software has been tested and approved by the Hong Kong Observatory. He loves digging into new A.I. technologies and finding solutions to support companies’ functionality.

Francis is the CEO & Founder of Radica. He is responsible for strategic direction, business development and investor relations of the company. Under his leadership, Radica has become top database marketing and big data solution provider with sales operations in four markets across Asia within 2 years and became the winner of Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year 2014 Gold Award (Direct Marketing Agency). Being a veteran in the industry, Francis is also a regular author and guest speaker on database marketing and big data topics, including commercial, governmental and academic sectors. For community services, he is appointed as members of Commission on Strategic Development, Landac and TID SME Development Fund for Hong Kong Government. He is also designer of Data Studio at SciencePark and founder of Socialhack.info

Back in 2008, after gaining experience in Silicon Valley with study background of social psychology, Jeffrey started his venture to develop social media applications in Hong Kong, which led him became one of the few pioneers in Hong Kong’s digital and social marketing industry. During these years, Jeffrey spotted the immense momentum of new social media platforms, and affirmed that traditional advertising knowledge is insufficient in the fast changing digital era. Keith is the co-founder and CEO of Innopage Limited, a mobile apps development startup which successful raised multiple rounds of angel fund. Since 2010, Keith had led Innopage to receive multiple local and international awards for its innovative products. Keith is a guest lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University, Executive Committee of Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association (HKWTIA), and Radio Spectrum and Technical Standards Advisory Committee for OFCA. Keith is also a regular contributor of various printed and online media, including Hong Kong Economic Times, Hong Kong Economic Journal, The Stand News, Mingpao and others.

Kelvin has been the Regional Solution Architect working in digital projects for AXA Asia region and is familiar with the technologies for insurance industry. He is responsible for making sure the solutions aligned with the enterprise architecture blueprint for future 5 years and thus he understands the forthcoming trends of the future insurance technologies that would impact the business from IT perspective.
