The conference registration fees are as follows:

The symposium registration fees includes admission to all technical sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, dinner banquet and a copy of the symposium proceedings. Student registration does not include the dinner banquet and symposium proceedings.

At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to pre-register by Oct. 1, 1999 for the paper to be included in the symposium proceedings.
