General Information 

I obtained my Bachelor's degree from the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Nanjing University in June 2003. I obtained my PhD degree at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, under the supervision of Dr. Lei Chen, in August, 2009. After that, I was a post-doctoral fellow at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Starting from September 2011, I am an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science, University of Texas-Pan American.

Research Interests

Query processing over uncertain databases, streaming time series, spatial databases and inconsistent probabilistic databases.
