I am a fifth year PhD studen of the Database Research Group in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. My supervisor is Prof. Qiong Luo. I have received my Bachelor degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

July 27, 2011: The first version of GSNP has been released. Link
June 1, 2011: I will stay in Beijing Genomics Institute, Shenzhen (BGI) this summer (2011) for my research on GPU-accelerated genome applications.
May 25, 2011: Our GSNP paper has been accepted by ICPP 2011! The source package will be released soon.
