"I'm so glad that I can be in the Honors Track this semester. I really learned a lot. The courses are carefully designed and accelerated. It brings me challenges, pressure, as well as motivation to study. The professors and TAs are all warm-hearted and eager to help the students. They not only teach us the knowledge but also the way to learn. The small class size made it easy for us to conduct a discussion during class break. My classmates are all excellent and nice. I found that every one can be my teacher in this class."

"The reason for joining the Honors Track is straightforward - to learn more in an intensive and challenging way.
The Honors Track not only provides me with profound knowledge on the subject, but also teaches me how to learn. The unique advantage I gained is the ability to work independently. The course assignments are all actually "small projects". I have to read the instructions to understand the scenario, then equip myself with sufficient background knowledge from the lecture notes, textbooks, reference books and the web. Now I am confident of comprehending and coping with unfamiliar situations.
I am not honored for what I received; instead honor is the reward of what I have contributed. I really enjoyed learning in the Honors Track; it is such a wonderful experience that I derived great satisfaction from my studies.
The course pattern allows students to explore more on their own. There is always room for creativity and further enhancement. As the topics are taught more in-depth, it enables us to penetrate the content instead of skimming the topics.
The small class is the wellspring of warm and friendly atmosphere inside and outside classroom. We have a closer relationship with our classmates, teaching assistants and instructors. As the class gathers a small group of students making similar progress, the teaching can easily be maintained at a suitable pace such that we are all learning comfortably.
I like the composition of the class. I really enjoy making friends with other students in the Track. I have a chance to study together with the elite students from Computer Science and Computer Engineering. What I treasure most is that I can study alongside both local students and students from the Mainland. We learn from each other."
