Template of Self-Assessment Report
Each FYP student who are involved in a group project are required to submit an independent self-assessment report by the final FYP report deadline. Failure to do so is considered as the failure of final report submission. Submission should be made by email to with the following subject and content:

design/implementation/testing and your percentage contribution in each
task.
Documentation (include report preparation):
Please describe your participation in the preparation of minutes and various
reports.
Overall Contribution:
Please state the overall percentage contribution, IN YOUR OWN OPINION, by
EACH team members (including yourself) to the project. Please put down
your justification. You may elaborate the contribution by each team
members in various project phases.
