Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Engineer/Technical Lead to join our team and drive the development of software solutions and applications in the field of elderly care services, aiming to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with the team, promoting innovation and assisting in improving care quality. Here is a list of job responsibilities:
Lead the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Design, develop, and deploy efficient software applications and web solutions.
Drive innovation, improve care quality, and optimize workflow.
Provide technical leadership, guiding the growth and skill development of team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
This position will make you the first technical hire in our organization, where you will play a key role in shaping the technical strategy and successfully implementing software solutions. If you have relevant software development experience and leadership abilities, as well as a genuine interest in improving elderly care, we look forward to having you join our team and drive the advancement of elderly care service in all different forms
