Job Description:
• Provide comprehensive pre-sales engineering support to the Sales team.
• Assist in customer meetings, effectively showcasing our products and solutions.
• Thoroughly understand customer requirements and devise tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Prepare detailed responses to customer Requests for Proposal (RFP) or Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
• Collaborate on site surveys and planning for customer deployments, ensuring optimal project execution.
• Collaborate with the China team to develop solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Possibility of supporting opportunities beyond Hong Kong, requiring occasional travel.
• Travel to different countries to gain insights into technical requirements, offering on-the-ground support to resolve any encountered technical issues if necessary.
This role involves a dynamic blend of pre-sales and deployment engineering activities, contributing to the success of our projects on a global scale.
Job Requirements:
• Certificate in related technical field, a university is preferred, not mandatory.
• Ability to manage technical operations and procedures.
• Preferred knowledge in robotics and autonomous driving, but not mandatory.
• Advantageous to have experience and knowledge in AI.
• Proficient in writing, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates a passion for the role, self-motivation, and a strong teamwork spirit.

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic schedule and a willingness to travel to other locations or countries as needed.
