• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related disciplines
• One to two years of working experience in an engineering or corporate environment
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Confident, organized, articulate, and possess strong analytical skills
• Motivated, positive, adaptable, and flexible, with sharp problem-solving abilities
• A team player with demonstrated leadership potential and a strong drive to succeed
• Committed and accountable, with a passion for learning and personal growth
• Superb written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese
