Job Description:
- Design, contextualize, price, market and execute Equity derivative solutions with a focus on Institutional and non-flow pods across Asia -ex Japan.
- Interact with Clients, Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Quants and Research to deliver meaningful solutions.
- Liaise with the US, Europe, and Japan to coordinate the effort and promote best practices.
- Understand and identify business opportunities.
- Supervise junior structurer.
Job Requirements:
- Result driven mindset.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills together with strict attention to detail,
- At least 5 years' experience with strong understanding of Equity Derivatives products and associated risks. Knowledge of QIS strategies is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming, Python scripting and other programming languages.
- Strong autonomy. Ability to work with multiple functional groups in a cohesive manner.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex products in a clear concise manner.
