Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Management Trainee. The Management Trainee will be under a two-year fast track program, he/she is expected to have tailored rotations in the core functions within the company, practical experience and on-the-job training, structured learning paths and support for your personal development, mentoring by industry experts, and professional qualification sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
● Rotates in various core functions of the company
● Assisting in developing and implementing business strategies
● Conducting market research and analyzing data
● Assisting in managing cross-functional teams
● Creating and delivering presentations
● Communicating with external stakeholders such as clients and partners
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications
● Final year student or recent graduate with a degree in any discipline
● Less than 2 years of full-time work experience
● Clear aspiration to become a future leader
● Agile and innovative mindset
● Strong business acumen and analytical ability
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Nice to have
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology and Business, Operations Management, Information Systems is a plus
● Knowledge in biotechnology/ microbiology/ nutritional science is a plus
● Experience in working a startup environment is a plus
● Cantonese Speaking is a plus
● Immediate availability is a plus
