Honors Study Track for Elite Students

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering's Honors Study Track offers an exciting new opportunity for elite students, starting from Fall 2004.

The privileges and benefits of being in the Honors Study Track include

Study alongside a small group of elite students
Take enriched and accelerated courses
Closer interaction with professors due to small class teaching
Allow to take graduate courses
Obtain Bachelor and Master degrees in four years and have the option to earn a Bachelor degree in 2.5 years

Many of our faculty obtained their PhDs or held previous academic positions at top universities in the west, including Oxford, Princeton, Stanford, and UC Berkeley. An open-door culture provides students ready access to the faculty, while the American-style teaching encourages creativity and independent thinking.
