Hong Kong is a food city with restaurants everywhere. The short list
below is only meant to provide pointers to a few restaurants in
popular locations. It emphasizes restaurants specializing in Chinese
Cuisines.

Unlike in many other countries some of the best restaurants in Hong
Kong are in hotels and shopping malls.

on Johnston Road: enter from the street level,

The neighborhood just SOuth of HOllywood road where it intersects the
