Hotel reservation

We have arranged to have the travel agent, Hong Kong Four Seas Tours Ltd, to handle hotel reservation for delegates. Terms of payment: Direct to hotel, credit card details are required for booking.

Booking deadline: Full booking details with credit card details should be provided on or before 22 April 2005.

Cancellation & penalty: Free of charge on or before 31 March 2005. First night penalty will be applied for any cancellation made on or after 01 April 2005. 50% of total room charge penalty for any no show or cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival date.

All reservations are on First-Come-First-Serve basis.

Due to strong competition and special discounts available to different travel agents, IEEE Hong Kong Section could not guarantee the best offering (lowest price) from Four Seas Tours.
