.: Camera-Ready Instructions

Authors of accepted papers should submit their final camera-ready papers to https://cmt.research.microsoft.com/DaMoN2011 by 5PM May 10 PST.

Camera-ready papers should not exceed ten pages in length, and should be formatted using the camera-ready template. Please do not add page numbers. Your submission must be an ACM compliant PDF file and all fonts must be embedded. Detailed instructions on ACM compliant PDFs can be found at http://www.sheridanprinting.com/typedept/ACM-distilling-settings.htm.

In the copyright block on the bottom left of the first page, please keep the default ACM copyright statement unchanged:

"Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee."

However, please update the conference name and copyright number to the following:

Proceedings of the Seventh International Workshop on Data Management on New Hardware (DaMoN 2011), June 13, 2011, Athens, Greece.
Copyright 2011 ACM 978-1-4503-0658-4...$10.00.

Authors of accepted papers should also submit a signed ACM Permission and Release Form, so that their papers can be included in the ACM SIGMOD DiSC and in the ACM Digital Library. In addition, accepted papers will be included in the informal proceedings to be distributed at the workshop, as well as made available on the workshop's Web site.

ACM has an automated copyright form collection system for ACM published proceedings. The contact authors of accepted papers will be sent the ACM form and complete instructions. A weekly reminder will be sent to authors with outstanding forms. Reminders will be sent every week until four weeks before the conference/workshop.
