Title Page

The title page of each of your three FYP reports should include the following information:

Your project title
(This should adequately describe your project, so it can change as your project evolves.)
The names of group members
Your group's project code
Your advisor's name
Which course the FYP is for (COMP 395, COMP 398, etc.)
Your department
Your academic year
Date of submission
