Software Produced in the Catalac Project
With the progress of our project, we make pieces of software available to the
research community. These pieces are made available on an AS-IS basis. We disclaim any damages and liabilities that may caused by the software.
- Mars, a MapReduce framework developed on graphics processors. Last updated on Aug 25, 2008.
- EaseDB_Win32.zip(63MB), the backend engine of EaseDB, including both source and binary files for a Win32 platform. The engine contains a set
of common relational operators such as selection, join, and aggregation. The storage formats supported include both column and row based models. The algorithm implmentations include both cache conscious and cache oblivious ones. (Sept 3, 2007)
- A distributed version of WinyDB code package is available (Dec 5, 2006).
- Aorta V3.0, including a real-time heuristic scheduling algorithms for actions. August 6, 2006.
- Updated code packages of contour mapping on MICA2 motes and on Telos-B motes. Apr 7, 2006.
- A simplified implementation of contour mapping on MICA2 motes. Mar 24, 2006.
- VMNet 1.0.2 is available (Oct 30, 2005). This version has Seidel path loss model added, PowerAnalyzer runnable on both Windows and Linux, and misc bug fixes.
- The second version of the Aorta prototype with a lab monitoring application, including a simulator for operating network cameras as well as ER1 robots (Oct 14, 2005).
- The four TinyDB-based implementations of Systems Under Test for our in-network sensor query processing benchmkark Bisque together with a network toplogy generator, a sensory data generator, and a new release of the VMNet sensor network emulator (June 26, 2005).
- The first version of the WinyDB embedded query processor for sensor networks (March 15, 2005).
- The Aorta prototype with a lab monitoring
application, including a simulator for operating and scheduling network cameras (Feb 17, 2005).
- The first version of the VMNet sensor network emulator (Nov 29, 2004).
