Technician
Department of Computer Science and Engineering
The appointee will participate in embedded software development with full life cycle works, including architectural design, requirement development, coding, and testing; and work on wireless networking and wireless sensor networking, especially focusing on the localization/tracking issue under coal mining environment using wireless sensor networks.
Applicants should have a recognized master's/PhD degree in computer science, information engineering or related disciplines. A solid background in wireless networking and wireless sensor networking; strong network programming and research ability; 4+ programming experience in embedded system; strong programming skills in C++ or C are required. The appointee should possess excellent team spirit and communication skills with a self-driven personality to work independently. A good command of English is essential. Familiarity with wireless network development is an advantage.
